As a health coach, I guide you step by step to make small, realistic changes that fit into your life. We work together to create habits that not only help you feel better now, but also build long-term better health. You’ll learn how to support yourself, not just to feel better now, but your investing in a fit future free of health complications.

As a Registered Health Coach (UKIHCA) certified by the Health Coaches Academy in the UK and the European Lifestyle Medicine Organisation in Belgium, my focus is on helping clients take charge of their health. Rather than offering quick fixes, I provide step-by-step, research-backed guidance to improve your health.

Health Coaching is scientifically proven to be effective in helping people to change their unhealthy lifestyle behaviours on a long-term basis. How does it work? Together health coach and clients explore goals, plan a new way forward, tackle any obstacles and take action. The pillars of lifestyle medicine, food, movement, sleep and rest are always at the root of coaching sessions. Check out the UK's NHS reference on the importance of health coaching.
A Health Coach offers accountability and support - so after the 60 min consultation each week, you and your coach will be in touch regularly for accountability and ongoing support.

Health Coaching

One-to-One Coaching
In 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll get personalised support to move forward.
It takes a few weeks to change a habit and embrace a new lifestyle routine. For this reason, I offer personalised programmes - unique to each client and their needs - set over 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 8 weeks. Other options or timeframes can also be explored.
Sessions mainly take place remotely, but in Malta, I also offer periodic in-person sessions at St James Hospital Malta or at The Anxiety Clinic where I am a visiting consultant.
Initial consultation, either in person or online, is €50.
