With so many conflicting messages out there about food and health, it can be hard to know who or what to believe.
Before transitioning into health coaching, I spent years working in media and publishing as an award-winning journalist and author. Now, I channel that same passion for fact checking and communication into helping people to transform their lives through healthy ways of being.
I won't hand you a magic pill, or come up with some wonder diet. Instead, I'll share with you step-by-step, evidence-based research on how your food, sleep, movement and stress levels can be gently tweaked so that you’ll feel (and look!) your best ever.

My promise to you is to make lifestyle changes simple and personalised so you can be sure to move forward to a healthier version of yourself.

In 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll get personalised support to move forward.
If after the initial information session you think that health coaching is what you need, together we'll explore simple strategies that fit your lifestyle and help with making lasting changes. I'll be with you along the way: your accountability partner.
I offer different packages at varying rates—just drop me a message with the subject 'RATES', and I’ll send over the pricing details.

Group Programmes
& Workshops
Programmes and workshops provide a support community atmosphere where participants can share experiences and learn from one another.
Group programmes are designed to foster motivation and accountability over 6 weeks - tackling different themes and goals with the end result to feel lighter, fitter and more energetic.
I also run workshops specifically for parents, focusing on practical strategies to nurture family health and well-being in a busy world.
For corporate clients, I deliver insightful talks tailored to workplace wellness, offering tools and tips to create a healthier, more productive environment.
